Red Oak Apartments

I have been living here for many years. And Jennifer, at the office, is great. She listens to my concerns and has helped me so much. I feel very comfortable talking to her. This location is a great place to live and has many places to visit. Like the movies, grocery stores, restaurants, schools and so forth. Everything here is in walking distance and very easy to catch a bus. The maintenance men, they do their best and if I have any concerns, I can talk to them. And I can also talk to Jennifer. The gas and electric here is not high at all.

Stay as FAR as you can. even a 24/7 motel is better than this place! You get fees for everything! I got locked out, $75 out of my pocket! I am SO glad i moved from there. Even a fee for shopping carts, SERIOUSLY? The apartment itself is like a tiny cave. Coming from a person with claustrophobia. And if you wanna go DAYS without showering or keep boiling water, This day is just for you! The maintenance IS TERRIBLE. I swear, they only work Tuesday,Wednesday, And Thursday! Half of the time there is not hot water. HOW INSANE IS THAT. Stay far, far from here.

If i could give 0 star I will this apartment is a trash with 2 bedrooms you have 1 parking lot , and I know 2 bedrooms for 2 parking and 1 bedroom for 1 parking . Always trouble for water and the water is dirty Always come yellow, the system heat not stable shut down at night and they don't care. Dont waste your money to lease that apt they gonna tell you, you can park anywhere at the parking lot. after you move on , they will tell you only 1 parking or they will towing your car. They only car about money , and bedrooms are very tiny , don't take chance to waste your money. If you lock your key inside you have to pay $75 for that now the price up.if you have kids don't even thinking about them because you can pass even 2 weeks no heat and the inside is very cold.

My parents moved in here last year. I mean it's ok. It just needs TLC.

I've been living here for a month now and I love my apartment and Jennifer the property manager is on point and even the property owner is very nice he seen me and made it known that he seen and helped me with my rollater (it's a walker with a seat) onto my porch and that's much appreciated so to me overall they're top tier 🙌 ❤️ where I use to live can't compare thank y'all I appreciative
