I am very please with the service I received from the Red Hawk Landing CastleRock Communities team. They work very close with me, even though I was not in the local area; moving from Virginia to San Antonio TX. They ensured all my questions and concerns were answered and addressed. They made my home buying experience very comfortable; I'm very pleased with everything.

My wife and I recently closed on our new home in Red Hawk Landing, and overall it’s a beautiful house that we’re happy with. It has all the features we wanted, looks great, and is definitely a big upgrade from our previous home. Jaime was very professional, always friendly, and helped whenever he could, both he and George were great to work with throughout the process. That said, I can’t give Castle Rock Homes a full 5-star rating. To me, 5 stars means excellence and near perfection, and our experience wasn’t quite that. After moving in, I noticed that some electrical outlets in the kitchen weren’t working, there’s a small chip on the kitchen floor I missed during the walkthrough, and the bathroom shower doesn’t drain very well. Buying a house was a very smooth process from start to finish . I worked with their recommended credit team, and our credit was fixed within just four months. The house itself was completed within six to seven months, which was impressive. George was extremely knowledgeable, and Jaime was genuine and honest throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend them!
