I moved in a few months back, and from day one, the staff has been super chill and super helpful. They really make you feel like you're part of the neighborhood. My apartment is cool, lots of space for a good price. The gym has everything I need, and the pool is a cool vibes. The community is great. Everyone is really friendly, and there are always events to check out, which is perfect for meeting new peeps. Everything I need is nearby shopping, parks, and tasty food options. I can’t complain! So yeah, if you’re looking for a solid place to live, I definitely recommend Red Hawk at Sheely Farms. It feels like home!

Great customer service! Very friendly and the complex is quiet and well kept! I also like that they offer flat rates for utilities. Most complexes don’t offer that and I have to budget my utilities every month where I’m currently residing.

Me and my Husband met with Nikoya for a walk in tour. She was so sweet and very kind. She let us know if she hadn't been there for too long however she was extremely knowledgeable of the property and the fees associated with renting there. The layout of the property was very functional and the prices were hard to beat. Definitely plan on putting red hawk at the top of our List when it's time to relocate.

I had a very disappointing experience. When I moved out, I was charged $250 for carpet cleaning even though I had already paid for a professional cleaning myself and sent them the invoice by email ahead of time. They admitted it was their mistake for not reviewing the invoice, but instead of fully correcting it, they only refunded me $170 (the amount I paid) and still kept $80, saying I was responsible for the difference — even though the error was on their end. Additionally, just three months after moving in, my car was stolen from the property. When I asked for help reviewing the security cameras, I was told the cameras were not working. I received no support or follow-up from management.

Since the very first moment we arrived Lavinia was externally professional and so helpful assisting us with our moving process! The apartments were always so well maintained, we had nothing more than a beautiful experience. I want to emphasize and recommend Lavinia to assist anyone! So a hard working professional who goes above and beyond! We were pleased!🙂
