I'm sadly giving a low rating because I shown a beautiful 2BR apartment that they manage and told what the rental rate would be. I was very excited and asked to confirm the monthly rate (because it was in my budget and I LOVED the space,) which he did. I asked for the application. However, when I received the application it was for $200 more/month than I was quoted, which put it beyond my budget. When I asked whether they would honor the rate I was originally told, they said no. I found this disappointing and misleading. Beyond this, I found the leasing associate friendly and the apartments really beautiful. I just wish they would be more transparent and accurate in representation.

Would not recommend living at Red Hawk Apartments 1. They don’t tow anyone even though they charge $50 per parking spot.Parking is always a mess because there’s no enforcement. 2. Management constantly blamed the old management, even though they took over a while back. 3. Any phone calls or emails were ignored or delayed for weeks. Trying to visit the office in person is impossible as there’s never anyone there. 4. The dog relief area was not properly maintained and smelled terrible, making it impossible to keep windows open. Trying to be a good owner and pick up your own dog’s poop is difficult since you have to step over so much other waste. 5. My friend was bitten by another resident’s dogs, and nothing was done to address it. 6. The office rarely answered calls or emails, and communica

Super cute apartments, and they're very cool, and down to earth people, that I've interacted with. Probably the only place that actually makes it seem possible to save up enough money to get into a place. Everyone else seems to want the world, then charge $1800 for a studio with 400 Square feet. then they try to tell you what you can do there, which would make sense if it didn't cost two grand for 400 ft.². Thanks for your time, and thanks for caring about others!!!

-kept asking for a lease to sign, didn’t get it until that day before i was SUPPOSED to move in -they had my move in date information 1 1/2 weeks before i was SUPPOSED to move in -got a call the day before i was SCHEDULED to move in that they need to replace the carpet in my apartment… even though they had a week and a half to do it before i moved in -was going to be homeless if the apartment wasn’t ready the next day and i would have no where to put my stuff because movers were scheduled to come move all my things to my new apartment -had to stay in a hotel for 3 days and 2 nights with my cat (they paid for it) -went to move my stuff into the apartment but not the bedroom so they could replace the carpet like we agreed upon… that didn’t happen so i had to move my stuff into an empty apart

Trying to get a tour is an absolute joke. We've scheduled twice through their automated system (the only way to do so) and no one showed up either time. They refuse to answer calls and texts. Ridiculous. I'd give a 0 if possible
