Red 20 Apartments

I enjoyed the tour of Red 20 and felt very comfortable in the space and amenities. The building is very quiet appears to be well managed. Catelin provided an organized and professional tour of the complex. She was also very patient and knowledgeable with my many questions regarding the property and details of the lease.

Have enjoyed living here for the last few years. The staff/maintenance are always friendly and helpful. Any maintenance requests get resolved quickly. The property management also have small community events and activities for the residents which is nice. A big thanks to Nick, Corey, Anna, and Annie for making it a great place to live here.

I lived here for a few years after medical training brought me to the area. I renewed my lease more than once and honestly loved living there! The apartment itself was spacious, comfortable, and full of light. It stayed pretty quiet inside, while still being conveniently located in a bustling neighborhood, close to lots of great shops and restaurants, as well as parks and the riverfront. The complex's well-maintained common spaces (like the deck/patio) were great. Commuting all over the Twin Cities was also quick and easy from Red 20. Parking here was a particular perk, with assigned covered and climate controlled spaces - a must for Minnesota winters, as well as a rarity for the neighborhood! Moved in about 4 months ago and love the place. The aesthetics of the commons spaces and the apartments is very appealing, and the building is very quiet. The traffic on Central Avenue is reasonable, and the east-facing units get incredible sunrises. Viorel is always helpful with any questions that have come up since moving in, is super responsive, and always good with sharing or listening to a story or two. The neighborhood is a quick walk from the river, and is filled with numerous restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. Really glad I made the move to Red 20 in NE Mpls!

I lived in Red 20 for five years and it has been my favorite apartment I’ve ever had. It’s quiet but still has the energy and pulse of the city. Great place for dogs of any kind & size. I have to stress that it is particularly well built compared to newer complexes I’ve toured & visited. In my five years there I never heard any of my neighbors through the walls. Also, Viorel in the front office is absolutely superb at creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere. I would highly recommend considering Red 20 for your next home!
