Rented this home from a Amish landlord without notice took over my lease to be told I had 30 days to leave.even setting up payment agreement to be on time each month. Now telling me to be out in 30 days . Unrealistic situation, when still want rent. Absolutely not rent or buy a house from then they will take your home from under neath you!!!

I wouldn’t even consider them for a property management group if you held a gun to my head. They have a property THAT HAS A COLLAPSED THIRD FLOOR THATS ROTTED, and it’s being rented out, the bathroom has no vent actively installed and thus violates code. there’s no fire extinguisher provided, there’s a hole in the vent where the hot air comes out of and it’s a gaping hole. The oil heater barely works and when it does it’s like begging a candle for warmth And the maintenance requests take weeks to be taken care of. Not days. Not same day. They’ll act pleasant and kind and like they care but they just want your money and will gouge you for every penny you have. Do not go with them, steer as far away as possible and find someone with a reputable history I pray that you as a property mana

The landlord Sam Blank and his cousin realtor Phil Weaver of my apartment gave keys to a ‘maintenance worker’ to fix a broken window pane on my door. The man came along with two females. They stole many belongings from my home including my pillows and bed sheets.!!!! When I contacted Phil, he told me he isn’t responsible for the theft and that he doesn’t even know who he gave the key to! Edit- one day after making this public complaint, I was greeted with an eviction notice on my door, with no reason attached. (Just like the many other reviews here) My rent is paid in full, on time every month. Carolyn the office manager was unprofessional and gave no reason or no apology to my situation. Evicted me from 408 linden grove road to raise the rent from $640 to $1200 did not do any renovations
