He will show up unannounced, no appointment set with unsuspecting clients looking to buy your property. He is out to get money to sell your house as cheap as possible as long he got his pay. He does not act in your best interest telling fictitious rules and regulations to fit his needs and interests. Remember everybody realtors work for you! It is your house! Make sure you read the contract as well. Will never work with realty one group again. Also "Mavera" is rude when trying to discuss her agents guess thats who is training the agents. So it makes sense.
