He can handle very difficult loans and gets them closed in a timely matter. I highly recommend reaching out to him for all of your loan needs he is amazing.

This lender was completely unprofessional and disorganized, and nearly cost me my home purchase. Communication was poor from start to finish. Emails went unanswered for days, updates had to be chased down repeatedly, and I was often given vague or conflicting information. Basic loan management tasks were mishandled, including critical appraisal issues that should have been resolved promptly but instead dragged on with no accountability. As we approached closing, it became clear that there was no sense of urgency, ownership, or competence in managing a time-sensitive transaction.
