I rented from Realty Management Advisors from 2013 to 2023. For 10 years I was a loyal tenant—rent paid on time, property cared for, even adding improvements at my own expense. In return, I was met with neglect and disregard. In February 2023, a pipe burst and flooded the house. My family was displaced for a month, and when we returned, the home was gutted: no kitchen, stripped walls, exposed outlets, and unsafe flooring with nails sticking up.
