If I could rate this management zero stars I would. We lived in our rental home for 5 years and Joy Exiner our property manager was as useless as they come. The very first night we moved in we had our vehicle towed because she failed to tell us our subdivision had street parking restrictions. Anytime we had an issue it was up to us to call the 3rd party vendor to schedule appointments. Not once in the 5 years have we seen her in person. The ac unit upstairs caught on fire and burned a hole through my daughters rr and never once did she call and see if my family was ok or came by to see what damages needed to be repaired. I paid a couple hundred dollars to repair the wall after the fire as there were exposed wires. Another time she called me on the 15th of the month demanding to know where

Worst rental experience of my life! The communication between us and the property manager, M Joy Exiner, was like pulling teeth to get a somewhat professional response, if we got one at all. She not once in 3 years physically checked on our property, but condoned the owner showing up unannounced. We had to be put out of our home for a few weeks due to foundation repair that they had known about for over a year, and couldn't even book us in the air bnb for the correct amount of time. We had to live in our house with full-on CONSTRUCTION DEBRIS with our animals and TODDLERS! They are liars and do not care about you. I spoke to a lawyer about tenant rights and was in the process of starting a case against them, but decided against as it was costing me too much time and mental energy already.

They are extremely unprofessional its disgusting." My husband and myself were interested in a property. We called the agent who was representing this property and she was so out of character. The receptionist had no want to help me. She did the absolute bare minimum answering my question in the most condescending tone.
