Gladys Vazquez was extremely rude when I called her about information on rental listed after she had not replied to my text after 4hrs. She then hung up on me when i said the house on 8th str she had just posted online and when I called back she said she didn’t have time to guess . DO NOT LIST YOUR RENTAL PROPERTY WITH HER . She will turn down honest renters with good money because she “doesn’t have the time.

I have had the pleasure of renting from Gladys for years in Marion County and I can honestly say that my experience has been outstanding. From the very beginning, she made the process of moving in easy and stress-free. She’s very direct and to the point, which I love. Gladys is incredibly responsive and attentive to any questions or concerns I’ve had. Whether it’s a maintenance issue or a simple inquiry, she always responds promptly and takes action to ensure everything is taken care of. It’s evident that she genuinely cares about her tenants and the property. She is respectful of my privacy while also being approachable and friendly, which creates a great landlord. Reality executives mid Florida has been top notch so far with all the workings of the house I rent. My property manager Gladys is so awesome!!! She has been super accommodating, and gone so far out of her way to help me after I lost everything from hurricane Helene. She has really brought some light back to what was a dark time for me. All in all, I would highly recommend this company to anyone, and definitely Gladys as a property manager.
