I worked with Amy and LeighAnn to find a rental property here and they were amazing! They worked diligently finding me the apartment that best suited my needs. They were true to their word on everything they said and were very upfront and forward with their information. They got me into a cozy, comfortable, quite and safe apartment. We lived at Goose Creek for over 2.5 years and loved it! The apartment layout was spacious and really nice, maintenance was always quick to fix anything, and we had no problems with neighbors or the office. I'd recommend living here to any of my friends.

I love living here. When I moved in 6 months ago the apartment was newly painted and very clean. I appreciated that a lot. My building is quiet and I feel very safe with all the outside lighting. I recently had an issue with my stove and maintenance took care of it immediately and he’s very nice. I really like the ladies in mgmt in the main office. Very nice, very respectful,and always send out email quickly of any issues that need attention or services going on the propertyThey really take care of the outside grounds as well. Love it here.

Update Can't wait to move into my new place. The office folks have already been absolutely wonderful and accommodating. I'm very grateful. Here's my new closet that I can stand in. Update. Been here 6 months. Only complaint is my upstairs neighbors who like to make noise from about 5am to 11pm on average. Check who your neighbors are! I tried moving less than a week after moving in because of the noise and couldn't because you have to be with the company 6 months to transfer Can't wait to move into another place soon 💖 great company, great apartment, the bills are super reasonable, maintenance is fast, have t had a single issue with the office or maintenance.

Been living through RCS for over 3 years. My gratitude for the office staff and the maintenance people is immense. They listen to your complaints and offer solutions. They are upfront about issues with properties and ways they can fix issues you are having. They try to make your home feel like home. Couldn’t express enough how much I appreciate the work they all do!
