My experience with Realty Consultants Property Management, specifically with Mark Mann, during a rental application process was extremely frustrating and raised serious concerns about professionalism, accountability, and fairness. In August, my family and I each paid a $90 application fee (totaling $270) to apply for a rental property managed by this company. We fully complied with the application requirements and submitted all requested documentation, including pay stubs, employer contact information, and identity verification through the third-party platform we were instructed to use. Despite this, our application was denied based on claims of “unverifiable income” and “unverifiable identity.” These determinations did not reflect the documentation we provided. We’ve lived in a rental property for about 7 years , that is managed by Realty Consultants Property Management. I give 5 starts for professionalism, attention (without delay) to any issues that may arise, and I definitely want to recognize the inspector Gabriel Parks who is friendly and a wonderful person to talk to. He’s professional and knowledgeable with any questions we may have concerning our home. He goes above and beyond to assist in being helpful, and he is sure to follow up to make sure that the best service was received.
