I previously worked with Angela Caffrey and knew that when I was finally ready to purchase my first home, she would be my Agent. It was a long and difficult process due to the market and Angela assisted every step of the way. No matter what time of day or night, 7 days a week, she was always available and expedited everything from showings to the closing. Her knowledge insight from the areas that we looked at to every part of the home to lenders, inspectors and lawyers to negotiations is extensive and we were able to get a great house that we did not have to settle for at a fair price quickly. I highly reccomend Angela to everyone I know.

Hands down the worst realtor group on Long Island, possibly NYS. You will get better responses and communication from a deaf sports mascot in the middle of a half time concert than this group. The realtor I personally dealt with, Venessa Gonzalez, was horribly unprofessional. I cannot stress to you that if you are looking to buy a house or a townhome, avoid this group at all costs otherwise you are looking to waste months to no avail. I have seen kindergarteners who are more competent. Despite providing multiple offers on a property, she, and by extension the realtor group she works with, would ignore emails, texts, and calls. The few times the realtor responded back, she would say 'I'll get back to you by the end of the week' but she never did. I never received an offer acknowledgement f

I listed my home with Erik Dimech (Setauket Office). He had professional photos done, went through an extensive marketing program and prepared for open house (main showing). He achieved 7 offers on the first day of showing / all over asking. He then handled each and every detail with attorney to get us in contract asap. I highly recommend him and Realty Connect.
