We purchased our home in June of 2014 through Daryl Skancke. He listened to our want list and helped us figure out what would work. The realtor never wasted our time and was always timely in his response. We purchased our home without any issues and have been loving it ever since. It's great to go through someone local who has so much knowledge about the town and the process. I will certainly go through Daryl and Realty Center again in the future. I recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a realtor.

If negative stars were a thing, they would 100% apply to Daryl Skancke. He was the listing agent on a house that we purchased, he made every step of the way more difficult than necessary. The day after we had a signed purchase agreement he went in and had the house winterized making it impossible to have all the utilities inspected. Our agent had offered to drive out to pick up keys the day of our final walk-through, Daryl said that wasn't necessary, he would bring the keys... low and behold the day of closing, Daryl was a no show! I had a house I had paid for and all paperwork complete but NO KEYS to my property! This man is an absolute joke! Whatever you do, do not trust this man to do anything other than create headaches!

Worst experience with the realtor Leo Benites. I am not a person to just go after someone but when offering your service and not being honest is the worst thing someone can do. Selling a house to some realtors is just doing the transaction to their convenience, and not the clients. This is what happen here. He came and sat down with us however never gave us a copy of anything no contract until we had to ask for it. He brought a deal to us but didn’t disclose he was both clients realtor. The worst part he never gave us a copy of that contract until we asked for it and didn’t really go over everything on the contract and as a realtor you just don’t skim through a contract with the clients.
