My husband found Roger’s You Tube videos of new construction homes, which were extremely helpful. We contacted Roger and he assisted us every step of the way in the purchase of our new home. He was there to guide us through the building process, met us at the house for every inspection, and when something needed to be addressed with the builder, Roger made sure corrections were made to our satisfaction. Roger also handled the sale of our townhouse, and we couldn’t have asked for a better result. Roger is an extremely knowledgeable broker who puts customer satisfaction above all else. Found Roger on YouTube and found his videos to be not only entertaining, but quite informative. Viewed many of his videos before coming to Charlotte to sign a contract on a new house. That helped save time as we narrowed our search down to two communities. Roger helped us get a great deal on a new home and answered many questions after the contract signing.
