I have been a client of Realsource for several years, and they currently manage both of my rental homes. I cannot speak highly enough of their professionalism, dedication, and service. They have truly set the benchmark for what excellent property management should be. Their team provides excellent service across the board. They are incredibly proactive, responsive to both my needs and those of my tenants, and handle maintenance issues with speed and efficiency. I've had Realsource as my property manager for 15 years. Both owners Rick and David are professional, hard-working, honest, and trustworthy (please note that I've also used other property managers over the years and found some of them are really not honest and trustworthy). Over the years the company has continuously updated the management software, which serves both owner and tenant well. It's very easy to obtain documents such as transaction details, monthly statement, leases, repair request, and original repair receipts (yes, this is important because some other managers will never give you the original receipt.
