Angel Gonzalez is our new community manager and she has been great. We just had our first meeting with her which also happened to be our annual meeting and she handled it perfectly. She kept the meeting organized professional and on schedule while making everyone feel comfortable and heard. Her preparation and attention to detail were obvious throughout the entire evening. She also went above and beyond by making awesome charcuterie boards that were very well received by the community and added a warm welcoming touch to the event. Our association transitioned to RealManage on January 1, 2026, after experiencing ongoing challenges with our previous management company. We are a single-family home community with amenities that include a pool, dog park, playground, basketball court, tennis court, gated access, and privately owned streets, so responsive and reliable management is essential. Since the transition, our experience with RealManage has been very positive. Our community manager, Amanda Barrera, has been outstanding. She is highly responsive to both phone calls and emails, maintains a proactive, can-do attitude, and is consistently willing to assist whenever needed. I am the Treasurer of the Heather Glen Homeowners Association in New Braunfels, Texas. I have been in office since May 2025. Our Community Manager is Lee Sexton-Mendoza. Prior to his assignment to Heather Glen, I struggled with the inconsistent responsiveness of his predecessor. It was difficult to obtain information or to implement plans and procedures the Board supported. We were the first homeowner board after 7 years of developer control and the amount of work necessary was overwhelming. Lee has been an outstanding partner in our efforts to improve Heather Glen. Lee Sexton-Mendoza has been a tremendous asset as our Community Manager. As a new board member, I had a lot to learn, and Lee helped our HOA team navigate some early (and some not so early) challenges but with his patience, steady guidance, and a willingness to always step up and glad to help.
