Tirria, I have read the comments on Facebook about the meeting and I want to apologize for the very obnoxious lady who complains about everything. She is ALWAYS the one on there trying to stir things up and always having something negative to say about everything! I am very happy with the services provided by RealManage (and you) and just wanted to tell you that. There is always one in every crowd!

I have e-mailed RealManage three times since they began to service Berkshire Forest. I had three separate questions and all were responded to professionally and very quickly, including an email sent last night and responded to this morning (Sunday). So far, very impressive.

I would like to commend DeAne, property manager at Brickyard Plantation, for being a top notch manager. She is always so pleasant and helpful and we are very fortunate to have her as our property manager. Thanks to DeAne for your hard work!

This company manages our Brickyard community and does a very thorough job but the difference is the manager De’Ann Smith who is very responsive to the issues that come up and communicates and gets things done. I’ve been here for 7 years and she is by far the best manager we have ever had.

Real manage is the most inefficient management company in Charleston. Their attention to detailed is non existent. Extremely unprofessional . No clue how to conduct professional business meetings, or to handle the day to day operations and support a HOA . Totally unprepared, incapable of healing with homeowners with ligament questions. Don’t waste your HOA’s money. Go elsewhere. We don’t need our South Carolina HOA’s run from Texas.
