I am managing 5 units for one owner in VERANO, since 2018. I am a realtor for 10 years, we are dealing with many communities and all kinds of associations. Manager Jeanette Ramos impressed me by her professional efficiency and reliability. She is an excellent and knowledgeable property manager. I asked her to introduce some handymen and flooring contractors, she immediately gave me some phone numbers to call. It helped me a lot for doing my job. I appreciate her very much.

If I could give RealManage zero stars, I would. This company is the epitome of inefficiency, poor communication, and complete disregard for the communities they're supposed to serve. Dealing with them has been nothing short of a nightmare. Getting a simple response takes weeks — assuming you get one at all. Emails go unanswered, phone calls are dodged, and when you finally get someone on the line, you're met with indifference or vague, unhelpful answers. It's like they’ve mastered the art of doing the absolute minimum while still collecting maximum fees. Maintenance requests? Ignored. Financial transparency? Nonexistent. Enforcement of community rules? Selective at best, and often seems based on favoritism rather than fairness. It honestly feels like no one at RealManage cares about reside
