This is the street behind my house. I am tired of this HOA. They are sending me violation fees for not cutting my front yard sides properly, which I believe are cut properly. Still, they are sending unnecessary fines without sending any notice. They say that the contract mentions they will not send a notice for violation fees. How will someone pay a fine if they are not even aware of it? They charged me a collection fee at the end and are saying I have to pay violations for two months without ever sending a notice. Additionally, they are charging collection fees for not paying the fine on due dates. Again, how will you pay a fine if you are not aware of it? It seems many people in our community are dealing with the same issue. I request you to please do not punish people by sending unneces

I am writing this review as both a Board Director and a homeowner. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of trusting this company once and removed my previous review — and that was my error. RealManage repeatedly makes life harder for the residents of our community instead of improving it. A mosquito garage screen is considered “unsightly” by their staff — even though no neighbors and no Board Directors object to it. A garage gym is treated like a violation. Grass extending less than 1 inch over the edge of the sidewalk becomes a reportable offense. Yet when our emergency exit gate was broken for a long period of time, RealManage ignored it completely. Residents had to handle the issue ourselves, because the management company’s involvement begins and ends with enforcement — never with solvin

I have never missed a single HOA payment, yet this management company sent my account to collections without any notice, email, letter, or phone call. I only discovered the issue when I logged in to update my payment method not because anyone from their office reached out. After reviewing my payment history and providing screenshots, it’s obvious this situation was caused by poor communication and mishandling on their end. Instead of contacting me or following proper procedure, the account was escalated immediately, creating unnecessary stress and confusion. To make matters worse, I reached out for clarification and received no assistance, no explanation, and no accountability. Even the attorney they told me to contact never returned a call. This is not how a homeowner should be treated

Our HOA switched from PAMCO to RealManage because of PAMCO’s lack of communication — yet in just 11 days with RealManage, the situation has somehow gotten worse. I have attempted to reach our new manager, Steven Santamaria, three times by phone, sent one email, and left one voicemail. I’ve also called their call center multiple times with zero response. Not a single call back, email, or acknowledgement. We fired the previous company for this exact issue, and RealManage has shown an even greater lack of professionalism and accountability in less than two weeks. Truly disappointed that our board chose this company. Homeowners deserve timely, transparent communication — and RealManage has failed at that from day one.
