Never in all my realtor career, was it so difficult to buy a property then was working with lori brown. Her email is the email listed to summit an offer, yet I never heard back from her about the offer that was submitted several times! She told me to call Hubzu to submit my offer. But the property wasn't even on hobzu it was on the MLS. Working with this company is a complete joke. My buyer was a cash offer! Proof of funds and everything!

This kind of company is the lowest level of online marketing and a shell company. With multiple divisions including HUBZU and auction website. They list dirt cheap houses, you can not see the house, or talk to anyone, and they expect a buyer to conform to ridiculous terms. I cannot recommend REAL Homes Services.

This review is based solely on my application process. It has been pleasant thus far. I've been responded to promptly and any questions I've had were answered even at 1 am in the morning!! I've always been able to speak with someone. The leasing agent has even responded to me as well in a timely manner and updated me on the approval status. I'm currently waiting hoping the applicant ahead of me doesn't follow through with the deposit and signing of the lease. I thought if I was approved I would be able to pay right away but if someone is approved before you that person has 72 hours, and then when their time is up you can then secure the property.

Don't waste your time or money. My entire experience has been quite awful. It feels like dealing with really bitter fast food workers. I am not sure of the dynamic there as research showed this to be part of a multi-million dollar company but going off the customer service, I would never guess that. I applied, was approved, gave my security deposit and was told the house would be ready within seven days. The only things that needed to be done were landscaping and some minor things on the inside as well as fixing the lock to the front door. I thought no big deal as at any other place, they just get these things done without question. Not the case here. The customer service is terrible right from the start (once your money has been paid). I signed the lease promptly paid my deposit and at that time they were great at communication. A week before my move I have to contact the company for move in times and the pro rated amount that owed for moving before the first. They send my a "balance" including the first months rent and the pro rate leaving me no time to prepare. And I contact the company to see if they work with me since they gave that info late. I told them I get paid on Sat can I pay it first thing and still move. The first rep I spoke with said you only owe the prorate which I pay same day no problem. I go online to pay through the payment portal and it confirms the only thing due is the prorated amount and rent is due on the fist
