Last evening I turned my faucet on in the bathroom and water start coming from underneath everywhere. I notified the maintenance department of the problem. Requesting for a technician to come and check it out it was after hours. The first thing this morning before I even brush my teeth or got my coffee the maintenance man was at my door. Honestly I am not sure what his name is because we call him papi and he answers to it. It only took him 1-2 minutes to recognize what the problem was. He said I'll be back shortly he was back. He went into the bathroom and in no time he had completed the job. It looked great I really like my brand new faucet. He didn't leave a mess actually I think that my bathroom was cleaner when he left. Kudos to my maintenance man South Daytona apartments. Great jo

This company, particularly the manager, Patricia, will promise the world and not deliver any of it. Patricia continuously promised that repairs would be made And we would be reimbursed for materials that we purchased out-of-pocket to get this home livable. This never happened. After finding mold in the home which was brought to the property manager’s attention several months prior, we were Forced to leave this property before the lease matured. We were paid up several months In advanced And submitted several Repair tickets to get no relief and no refund. Anyone using this property management or renting a home from this company I would strongly suggest Against using this company. These people will take your money and treat you poorly Not delivering their promises.

Real Property Management handled our rental with the highest degree of professionalism. Patricia T is a wonderful property manager and truly cares about her residents. We are grateful for the service she has provided us.

Honestly, I was very surprised of how well and efficiently the maintenance team responded to preparing the apartment home for renting. When we moved in, there were some common issues that if not addresses would soon be a problem down the line. But once we requested the maintenance for the apartment, it was lightening speed with fixing everything in a timely manner. Great Job to all people on this team!!
