First Place Realty and Property Management

So far so good been with them a few months now and no complaints. I mean looking at what the New managers have to deal with I think they are up against a challenge...Lauren is my fave although Anthony cool to give em a chance..no worse than any other Managers I have had and I new what challenges would face moving in as long as I keep their place clean and I get full deposit when lease end if I am leaving we will have no problems :)

Extremely horrible. If I could leave no stars I would. Moved into a property in july, no walk through. Every other week there are major issues- and most still aren't taken care of, I'm told "The owner is a great lady, ill get in contact with her and have it taken care of".. then just tossed aside. First week, half the house had no electric due to the panel needing replacement. No power for 4 days. Then the garage flooding, leaking pipes, leaking roof, flickering electric due to water, can't use the tub because it doesn't drain, the hot water heater is rigged with a cinder block and a wire, the wash machine drains in the yard, dishwasher leaks, back door doesn't close (inch of space!), skylight leaks, and my list goes on and on.. all things waiting for repair. This has to be the absolute WORST dealings I have ever had with a realty firm. Completey unprofessional... We moved in over 6 months ago and have contacted Anthony (the property manager) mutiple times about getting a wall through with the check list or things that need to be repaired in the house. Our roof is literally leaking through the ceiling and he was supposed to meet us here at home with his "team" but is so absentminded that he always responds with "I forgot". We have a baby in this home and in its unsat conditions, they STILL have yet to do the repairs. I am completey disgusted by this company. As you can see from other reviewers, they have a habit of treating their tenants like crap. Please DO NOT do business with them.

Anthony is my sweetheart! First Place Realty has the nicest houses anywhere not to mention how cute little Anthony is. I love him. He does everything perfect here. This is the best rental company anywhere in Daytona.

After having TERRIBLE experiences with large, corporate-owned realty companies in Daytona Beach, First Place Realty truly lives up to their name. Greg showed up EARLY to a showing, which has never happened to me before, and actually took time to engage me as a potential buyer. The property is nice, but their customer service is what sealed the deal! I will DEFINITELY recommend them to anyone looking for an above-and-beyond experience in buying/renting/selling a property in Daytona Beach.
