Real Property Management Vesta

This company is really full of crap. I live next door to one of their properties and have talked to their office staff for over 4 years with no response. All they ever say is they will email the owner. I guess the owner never reads his emails or reviews because this is just sorry as hell on a landlords part. They want their rent money every month from their tenants but look at the attached pictures. Hey viewers. I got the response back from them below and again they are full of crap. I keep getting the run around from these folks again. They do not keep up major stuff in their tenants yards as you can see. I’ve called them over 11 times since this posted only to be told again they will get in touch with the owner. They want their money from their tenants every month but don’t want to kee

Please don’t rent from these people they will be nice and pleasant. once they get you into a property they will take months to fix anything. I’ve been complaining about water leaking from underneath the tub and from behind the shower was and it has yet to be fixed after multiple repairs requests, calls, emails, and even going to the office and nothing still haven’t been done. Maintenance is terrible they will track dirt in and make a mess and not clean it up, also they will just leave tools in your space like it there shop. Save yourself trouble and headaches find someone else to rent from
