Amazing experience w/the maintenance request when putting in a “meld” ticket. Maintenance team is top tier. This company always responds with minutes of me putting in a maintenance request. Very knowledgeable & friendly, he communicated well & he made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. Great Service!

Most recently, my air conditioning went out on the hottest day of the year, and she had a Tech at my house that same day to get it fixed. That kind of responsiveness and care is rare. Patti is professional, dependable, and clearly takes pride in taking care of people. She’s a huge asset to RPM Realty and I can’t recommend her highly enough!
