Do not rent from this company! They rented me a unit on Higgins st that doesn’t have a working ac unit or a heater! Toilet was broken, The locks to the doors on the bottom don’t work and a non functioning security bar, no smoke detectors and refused to give me back my money. They sent someone to fix some of the stuff who brought a kid that was in the unit and expected me to leave my keys to a rental I paid for with my things inside and for me not to be there. Rita started off nice but once they got my money, they changed. I spoke to the owner of the house who literally laughed at me when I told him they lied about the infestation of roaches. I don’t know how they can do this. I sent them photos of the kid in the rental with my things and they refused to respond. The owner said he can’t mak
