Hands down a 5-Star experience! Working with Mr. Brian Young was such a great experience! From the moment he arrived, he was warm, welcoming, and so easy to talk to. He was incredibly thorough with the inspection, and he really went the extra mile to explain everything to me and even follow up after the inspection to check if I had any more questions. What I loved most was how patient and approachable he was. He took the time to answer all my questions during and even after the inspection, making sure I fully understood everything. As a first-time homebuyer, having someone like Brian guiding me made the process so much less stressful. He’s professional, detail-oriented, and genuinely cares about the people he works with. The service was outstanding, both in communication and report quality. The builder manager was on vacation, and he managed to find another person to schedule the on site inspection. He took the time to explain anything I didn’t understand and provided detailed, easy-to-follow explanations. This is our second home buying experience, a friend had used Brian for her recent home inspection with a pool and referred him to us. We are thrilled we did! He responded promptly, we had a 7 day option window and he came out next day, gave us our report in a timely manner and was patient enough to break things down Barney-style when I had no idea what it meant. The report was organized and detailed, and loved all the additional photos and notes in the information section. My friends mom is a real estate broker and even she said it was one of the best reports she’d ever seen. 🙌🏻 10/10 recommend if you’re looking to buy, remodel or verify any updates/things were done properly. We will continue to call him as we update and remodel our new home, too.

My experience with Brian as a home inspector could not have been better! Brian is easy to talk to, very knowledgeable and is willing to answer any questions to the depth/level you want (we nerded out on circuits). Brian was incredibly thorough in the home inspection, I have so much peace of mind in purchasing my new home because of the care and thought that he put in to the inspection. 100% would recommend, you cannot go wrong with Brian!
