I can't say enough on how pleased I am with RPM on managing our rental. We lost a 10 year plus renter at our home in El Mirage AZ. We were fortunate to come across RPM from day 1 they were very thorough and professional on services they provide at a very reasonable monthly price. Our new renters RPM located for us have been fantastic.

we are currently looking for a new place. since rpm valley metro took over glendale grove. it has been awful there have been so many people moving out and they all said they don't like the new community. They send people to do work like termites but don't give any notice and expect us to let anyone in our back gates. There was a police and prositute had a stand off they ended up moving out. and no one knew and then unit 121 had the cops over a few weeks back busted window he beat a woman in the street. there a several of us who have rpm on camera chasing it looks like stray cats with food and then the cats/kittens come up really sick and two have died. that is animal cruelty. this company is awful and two more people are moving out they said they don't like the management company. The own

Deceitful to owners and Lydia tried to hold owner money and make up random charges calling it “mainly maintenance“ because they were called out against shady activities. Against Arizona law. 1 more year to prove themselves to change this review. New owners beware before working with RPM. Lisa the owner is very nice. However Lydia is the problem here. Edit: Below RPM IS LYING. It clearly says March 4th. And no threats were made. They just wild, new owners stay clear! If by asking to be transparent is considered a threat, RPM Phoenix Valley does not deserve to be in business.

I was a tenant with RPM for a year. I recently moved out in January and over paid on last months rent and was promised to be refunded after a move out inspection was complete. It’s been close to a month and have no update, no refund, no way of contacting them because when you call the office they hang up on you. They closed my access to the tenant portal too so this is the only way to express any of this. I’d like my return. Also, this is how they left the house for us to move in. Wasn’t like this when we toured it. That’s broken glass in the back yard after telling them we have working dogs.\\ Updated to add in response to RPM responding to this. I requested to be there for the move out inspection and was ignored, I can see why I was though, you didn't want me disputing any "new findings"
