Although I ended up selling the property I wouldn’t have been able to get to that point without the honesty and hard work that Jakob put in to help me evaluate my property. He followed up regularly through the process and provide gr ta reports to help with making a decision. If you want someone honest and who is going to be proactive in his follow ups then call. Even if you aren’t sure if renting your properly makes sense. Jakob will help with that decision.
