I had the pleasure of working with Deidre Johnson who manages my daughter’s real estate property. I am listed as a person to contact when my daughter is unavailable. I was extremely impressed with the professionalism that Deidre displayed in handling the tenant’s issue pertaining to a heating concern over a malfunctioning HVAC unit. Deidre was very efficient and provided timely updates regarding the matter at hand. She also responded to my phone calls, texts and emails promptly in a clear and precise manner. She provided proactive solutions to my concerns and my daughter felt confident in her decision to purchase a new HVAC unit for her tenant at a great price. Absolutely the worst experience. Avoid if possible. Poor communication, horrible renters, had animals they didn't declare, people in the home without a background check. This company covered themselves by bringing in their own company to document no damage to home when in fact there were repairs and some damage. They told us our renters were gone when in fact they were still in the home a few more days. We are now with another property manager and the difference is night and day! If you care about your property....run!

Total nightmare. We tried to list our home with them to rent out in 2023. They were supposed to do some repairs before listing to rent in the summer but it just sat empty and they didn’t do anything with it for so we ended up missing prime rental season before schools started up. It then just sat empty. We ended up going another route that worked out much better. Don’t waste your time with Real Property Management First Choice. The only time we had good customer service with them was when they were trying to acquire our property. As soon as contracts were signed it was a disaster.

I’m enjoying my new home so much! It’s the perfect size and the neighborhood is peaceful. I’m thankful to Real Property Management First Choice for helping me find a home I can be proud of. Overall, a great experience with them.
