Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to view the property. BJ was very nice and welcoming throughout the showing. He had all the lights on to provide a clear view of each room and area of the house. He introduced himself professionally and asked if I had any questions or concerns. He was very respectful, and the home was presented in a clean and well-kept manner. The temperature was set just right, creating a comfortable environment for prospective tenants. Overall, I had a great experience viewing this property, and I hope my application will be given thoughtful consideration.

Nicole was on time and was super helpful with showing me the two units as well as the roof top. She was able to answers questions that I had as well as share information on both units and the building in a whole. I was very happy to view the property.😊

Nice place. Very cozy. The floors are furnished perfectly. 2 fire places are a plus. The ceiling in the living room is amazing and the skylight in the bathroom upstairs is a hit. Has a nice sized porch to decorate and sit on to enjoy the weather. The middle room upstairs has an area by the window that’s perfect for a seating area that my daughter really loved. And the kitchen appliances are nice.
