Horrible. $130 a month and my neighborhood looks like a ghetto. They don’t enforce any of the rules, just collect the fees. Total Greed. Houses in total disrepair, missing tons of shingles, trash cans wherever people want to put them, yards and driveways full of weeds, overgrown and my neighbors pine tree has been dead for 3 years and they do nothing about it despite repeated requests. It’s a fire hazard, but they don’t care. And it just dumps needles all over the streets and yards, people parking brightly colored ice cream trucks; pool service, garage door, construction company vehicles allowed to park when they aren’t allowed, street lights are out which make the neighborhood dark in places and I saw a coyote in the dark with an animal in its mouth, neighbors have loud parties with bands

We just moved to Silverado South, and it is the worst HOA. They are sending letters with fine threats with false reasons. Like they don’t like our garage door. They say the paint is peeling, but you can see in the picture that it is not true!

Absolutely terrible management company, run don't walk. These people have not had the pool cleaned since before April. They don't even use licensed contractors and the pool has been shut down by the Health Department. So ALL Of April, May, and June never once bothered to have the pool or the spa cleaned. Never respond to emails, regarding why the pool was shut down. Had some unlicensed electrical guys come wire up lights that are not even the right kind of lighting all over the entire building. If we do not get a response in our email soon regarding these matters we will seek an Alternative Dispute Resolution before filing a lawsuit against this company.

I recently worked with Parker and I just wanted to share what a wonderful experience it was. I appreciate her knowledge and friendliness that she shared with me. You guys have a great asset on your side.

The people here are so rude and they think they are smarter and better then us. I asked why the some costs went up once and she looked at me like I was stupid and said because of inflation everything is going up. They didn’t explain anything to me on what costs went up and when I asked a different question about painting the house because they are requiring us the repaint the house even though I think the paint is fine, the person that I talked to just brushed the question off and rolled her eyes. So unprofessional, when all I see them do when I come in is talk about unrelated stuff. Horrible horrible service I would pay more in HOA fees to have someone decent to work with. Just absolutely disgusting behavior.
