If I could give my honest review I am very disappointed in the service I experienced today. I was excited about renting from this place but don’t waste your time. I got off work to tour before they left, I walked in to Margaret and Crysta. Crysta was very sweet, friendly, and great customer service. After I came back I gave Margaret the key then preceded to ask what are the other qualifications. She said I smell smoke on you and you can not smoke inside but outside. How they do random checks but it is ok. Who says that I preceded to say no which was true, she then says maybe you been around someone. This is very unprofessional and disappointing!

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a real estate company. She owns her properties. However when it comes to professionalism she has none, I could hear her racial overtones as she expressed she would have her lawyers throw me out, and she could have kept things simple. She could have said your credit score has to be a 640 to rent from me. That would have been a lot easier than arguing and using racial undertones/overtones. It’s very simple don’t waste your money on rent cafe.

Margaret is one of the most knowledgeable and experienced real estate broker/agents in Eastern North Carolina. Margaret is knowledgeable in sales and property management in both residential and commercial fields. Margaret has always responded to my needs or questions in a very timely and courteous fashion and I would recommend her to everyone.

Our company has been renting our office from Real Estate Professionals since 2005. We have formed a great relationship with REP and Margaret. We have had no issues. Margaret has always been attentive to any issues that arise.
