Cheryl has become a close family friend and has helped us sell four houses at least, that I can recall. Two of our own and two for family members. She has such heart and hustle, shows great compassion and thoughtfulness throughout the process, is an excellent communicator, and has a great attention to detail. She is an absolute gem and we love her.

I could go on and on about Cheryl and also her team but I will try to keep it short and sweet. I was in a time crunch to sell my home. I originally went with a friend of a friend to sell my house when my initial instinct told me to work with Cheryl from the beginning; however I also wanted to help my friend out so I felt torn. That situation ended horribly and really pushed my timeline back. I called Cheryl stressed and overwhelmed and she immediately stepped in, calmed me down, and told me it's all going to work out and it did!
