Disappointed with unclear communication. I have been told the water is not provided by city but by a private company and rates are same as city. but no one told me the sewage is twice as water. Now I am forced pay sewage for my irrigation as well, which is much more than water used in house. Oh! and beautiful landscaping with cheep and weeds grass.
