Shoddy work. Uses corrupt inspectors to pass substandard homes. Including his personal home which he sold on 2001. 3 separate breakers control the power to the dining room light. 3. Out of 2 boxes where EVERYTHING IS DOUBLE POLE. The switch in the master bedroom for the fan turns off power to the laundry room and the bedroom down the opposite end of the house. I could wrote 4 paragraphs about the power alone. Not including reclaimed wood from older projects, carpeting a WET BAR. Theres only 1 gfi in the entire house, and it controls ALL OTHER GFIS, inside the house and out. 3 non gfis IN THE BAR ITSELF. not to mention the UNCAPPED 240 Line in the crawlspace, dangling next to a CRIMPED water line for the old heat sink. 3 breakers control most power to every room, in and out, while t
