He went above and beyond to answer all my questions, gave me a thorough tour of the property, and made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone who truly loves what they do, and Steve’s passion for helping people shines through in every interaction. The community is clean, quiet, and beautifully maintained. The layout of the units is thoughtful, and you can tell management takes pride in the upkeep of the grounds. If you’re looking for a new place to call home, I highly recommend checking out Greenway Village and make sure you ask for Steve. He’s simply the best!

Throughout my travels, I have lived in a lot of apartment buildings all over the world, and without a doubt, The Greenway Village is one of the best managed apartment buildings I have ever seen. Steve and the rest of the staff are incredibly friendly, charming, and responsive! Anyone interested in living in this building—which is clean, well-managed, and conveniently located—should definitely consider doing so!!

I have been at Greenway Village for just over a year now, and it has been a pleasure. Steve, and the staff are very present and helpful with my needs and concerns. During a recent heavy rain storm on a Saturday, the maintenance crew showed up to pump out pooling water on my patio. These people are wonderful. I was worried about moving into a place with a lot of children, but it’s generally quiet after 9 pm. I’m truly happy to call Greenway Village my home!
