This place is joke to deal with. I have called about the hoa fees. Called 3 weeks in row to get no answer. Called again today to get answer about the hoa fees. But Anjanette Frye was rude disrespectful not will to help just loud mouth that she is the president. Who care if your the president. I’m paying for hoa and you’re getting pay out of it. Please take your business to different companies.

Do not use this company. They are very unprofessional. They came to speak to me and the women kept looking at her watch and rolling her eyes. I asked if she was who I spoke to in the phone she stated no I’m her boss. Like I was suppose to be impressed. I was not. They serve nasty emails. For 8 years I have put bird feeders up. Then they say no. It’s not just no it’s 7 days to take them down or 50 dollars a day until you do. Seriously. After 8 years and nothing said.

I absolutely love working with this company. The staff is always so nice and polite . Great value, they are always ready to lend a hand even without a contract with them. I recommend them 100 times more i still do business with them and don't plan on changing anytime soon! Home run RCF! Keep up the fantastic work!

Actually Bob Lawner here. That said; AJ and her staff have been the single best hire of my career. Professional,polite, efficient,and legally correct at all times. Our facility is increasing in value and monies spent have been conserved owing to RCF's effective network of vendors. I highly recommend RCF for HOA and commercial real estate and management needs.

I have been working with Anjanette for the past few months trying to get to where I can purchase a home. She has been so helpful with pointing me in all the right directions and helping me in ways no other realtor would. Always professional and pleasant. She is always a pleasure to work with and I have recommended RCF properties to others! Wouldn't go with any other company.
