I would not ever rent a property from this company. Firstly, I was charged an additional $40/month for a "tenant benefit package" that was not outlined in my original lease (when the company was owned by Betty Raynor), nor did I sign any addendum with the new business owners regarding this additional monthly fee. This fee was foisted upon me for 3+ years without any real benefit being received beyond cheap air filters being delivered every 3 months. I could have purchased my own air filters and the quality would have been much higher. Secondly, the new business owners are attempting to keep the majority of my security deposit for a repair that should be covered by my non-refundable pet fees. I was told by the original business owner, Betty Raynor, at the time of the in-person lease signing
