We purchased our custom home from Pineridge Construction in October 2023. We really enjoy our new home, as it has such great craftsmanship. We asked Ryan Walker to repair some items covered under the one year builders warranty in September 2024. Mr. Ryan Walker and Ms. Pat Hyatt were so helpful and accommodating. Ryan and his team addressed and repaired every concern on our list. Pineridge Construction stood firmly behind their one year warranty and without questions or debate, they repaired everything in short order with no hassle. I am highly impressed with Mr. Walker and the team at Pineridge Construction. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality builder, as they stand behind their product and warranty! We feel very well taken care of. .

We purchased a new home we found on the lake vs had it built. First day I walked in I knew my wife would want this home, so ahead of her first viewing I put an eagle eye to the detail and craftsmanship. Being very happy myself I felt comfortable bringing her to see it, and as expected she said “This is it”. Having spent already close to a year looking on the lake I knew this house would sell quick, so we put a bid in and it became our home. Pineridge Realty was very easy and highly professional to deal with, and the house is as sound and well built as any I have ever had in the past. The few minor items in our punch list were addressed with the upmost satisfaction. Ryan and his team are excellent to work with and any of them I’d welcome at my table.
