Raymond Place Townhomes

Update I moved out of my unit on December 31 and still have not received my security deposit. I’ve received several letters from management showing what my refund amount would be, but no check was ever attached. I was originally charged cleaning fees that were not listed in my lease. After I sent in my cleaning receipt and photos showing the condition of the unit, those charges were removed. However, I still have not received any portion of my deposit. I was also initially charged for a garage door opener that I left at the unit, and I have photo proof of that as well. It has been almost two months of going back and forth with management. I have been told the refund would be sent, but nothing has been received. At this point, I will have to take this matter to court. Management will pacify

I’ve lived in the community since March and I’d been an horrible experience to say the least. It appeared to be a great deal for a descent amount of space but far from worth the headache. I’ve experienced multiple shootings near the community, both gates have been vandalized and broken at least 10 times , random bums coming in/out of the unsecured community, stray dogs everywhere you turn , property management can rarely be reached when you need them most , pedestrian gates constantly propped open time after time with boulders/rocks. Maintenance has been terrible up until recently given they’ve now been replaced . Random people cutting between the gainway of my home, etc. Words can’t express the lack there of peace I’ve had living here . I never imagined it would be this bad prior to mov

My first interaction has been great with the community. I spoke to Ashanti she was so kind and helpful, despite nothing being available to show Ashanti was very nice offering to walk me through the virtual tour online very professionally and helpful thank you.

I recently moved into this brand-new townhome community, and while the property itself is visually appealing with its modern updates and the convenience of smart technology (like phone-controlled locks and thermostats), my experience with maintenance and professionalism has been disappointing. Since moving in, I’ve submitted multiple maintenance requests for issues that have yet to be resolved. Despite having technicians visit three times to take pictures and assess the same problems, no actual repairs have been made. Each time, I’ve been told someone would come out to fix the issues, but after taking time off work (which costs me money), no one ever shows up. My initial review was for our first impression, which was great. Now we witness people continue to dump their trash bags right infront of the dumpster instead of inside. Adults and children. There’s also an extension cord plugged into the gazebo by the mailboxes by the homeless people who jump over the brick fence everyday to our side or from our side.
