Ray at The Weld

Such a great community with an amazing atmosphere! I attended their holiday event and had an absolute blast. It was so well organized and featured a variety of local vendors showcasing their food and businesses, which made it feel welcoming and festive. The energy was fantastic. Everyone was friendly and the community itself is so beautiful. Getting a picture with Santa was the perfect touch. You can really tell this community values connection and creating fun experiences for everyone. Highly recommend checking them out!

This building is gorgeous and designed with such thoughtful details and amenities. The floor plans are unique and varied and the windows are HUGE. On top of that, the team is full of amazing people who genuinely care and truly go above and beyond. Kristyna and Trey in leasing are so helpful, responsive and compassionate. Kristyna spent hours with me so I could tour every apartment I was interested in and find the perfect one (which I did). And Okar who leads maintenance is extremely efficient, helpful, kind, and empathetic. We had our first community event recently and it was fun - met lots of other great residents in both buildings. Highly recommend living here.

By far my the best experience I’ve had touring a potential Apt rental. Trey was extremely personable. He answered all my questions and concerns with ease. Facility is top notch, warm, and inviting. 10/10 recommend! Trey is the man to talk to!

The Ray is a gorgeous new complex close to downtown and Dorothea Dix. The staff is friendly, amenities are top-notch, and they host a lot of fun events!

I usually don’t leave reviews,but I want to leave a big shout out to Kristyna! She was very knowledgeable and attentive to what I was looking for.Very professional and great service! While I am weighing my options ,Ray at the Weld is definitely top of my list.Definitely recommend ,and the units are beautiful, not to mention all of the amenities you get!
