I was a little nervous about leasing here due to the lack of reviews, so let me provide context and information for those who are looking to rent here. 1. The units themselves are nice and have high ceilings. The views (depending on what side you are on) can be great, or look directly into your neighbor's units. As someone who travelled most days of the month, this place was convenient, had good neighbors, and was safe. 2. The units have extremely thin walls. You can often hear your neighbors having normal conversations and always will hear footsteps if there is a resident in the unit above you. The apartment, appliances are great. We had to use a washer and dryer that came with the faculty and those were just alright- we had an issue with the washer and it was never replaced like we were told it would be. The hallways and parking lot is great, well kept and feels safe. The only issue was with the management company (Perry)… and if you need to end your lease early…just be sure you read the lease agreement carefully before signing. They do not allow subleasing, and will attempt to charge you a very LARGE fine without that even being stated in the lease.

I just moved in to Rawlins and Perryguest has been amazing . Patti Was such a wonderful leasing agent, she walked through all the questions I had which were a lot. She was detailed and patient and always smiling! Heather invited me to the corporate office to discuss a few more details on the lease and everyone was so kind and welcoming. Ana, who I believe is the receptionist, greeted me and offered me a beverages while Heather came out. They have all been so kind, and you can just tell everyone cares for their tenants. My apartment smelled great, when I walked in everything was clean inside and out. The property is cleaned up daily and the staff is so easy to work with. I am a current resident of this apartment and made the most unwise decision of locking myself into a 2 year lease at this place. If you’re looking to rent at this place, please be advised of the following: - packages never arrive timely because the postal service isn’t provided the gate code by the apartment complex. Forget paying for expedited shipping, your package will be undelivered 5 times before it actually gets to you. If the package ever arrives, it’s never at your door. It’s outside in the parking lot getting rained on. - the apartment complex is next to a strip of stores which can be very loud. If you like being woken up every night at 2 am by the dump truck that comes to pick up the trash, then this might be the place for you. - also within the strip mall is a donation center wh
