I strongly advise against working with Rawhide or Porscha. My experience with them has been extremely disappointing. From the outset, they demonstrated a lack of professionalism and integrity. Their website claims that 'the owners make the ultimate decision of approving or denying applicants,' but in reality, Porscha makes her own decisions without informing the owners about the applicants. She then tells the applicants that the owners chose another application, even when there are no other applicants, creating a significant lack of trust. Porscha failed to return phone calls or texts at all, showing complete disregard for our time and concerns. This neglect wasn't limited to applicants—she ignored owners as well. I can't say enough about how awesome the property manager, Porsche, is for Rawhide Reality. We were having a house built and the building was taking a lot longer than originally planned. Porsche ensured we were able to stay in the house for as long as we needed even after our lease had ended. Any time we needed something repaired, she was quick to send someone over to fix the issue. I highly recommend renting a house from them. Best Property Manager ever!!!

Porsche managed my property for over 10 years while I was out of state. I had peace of mind knowing that the property was in good hands. My intentions were to move back into the home eventually however life's twists and turns made me change my course. Porsche then became my realtor and sold my home. Porsche went above and beyond in each capacity always communicating with me along the way. I've never met Porsche in person as we've only done business by phone or text but she's been like a best friend to me and I will always be grateful. Porsche is committed and the go- to- person for your real estate needs.

Issues with them since the day they took over property. Lack of respect, when moved out made up a bunch of bogus charges to reduce deposit return. Thank God I took video of condition at move out. Reporting to Colorado department of real estate. Not professional. If you are looking to have them manage your property or lease from them don't...run away there are so many better companies out there. Also have contacted an attorney about going after the owner and rawhide as well.

Do not use this company as your residential property management. Terrible at customer service and protecting owners' property. There were so many issues that it's not even worth the time to write them all out. The review would probably reach the maximum space allowed. There are better choices in Colorado Springs. If you do hire them I recommend taking a bunch of pictures and videos. I strongly advise though not to rent from them or allow them to manage your property.
