Ravenwood Crossing

Everything was perfect from the time I walked in. Tammi was wonderful and helpful. She is quite knowledgeable about Ravenwood Crossing. She’s got it running like a clock! The move in process was easy, though I’m still unpacking. I absolutely love it here!

I have been at Ravenwood for 5 years and the property is nice and clean and the people who live here are nice. I am thankful for Ms. Tammy and all of the office staff, and even though they are busy at times, they always make time to hear my concerns and chat breifly with me. Whenever I have visitors they always make compliments on how nice the apartments are. I really love it here 🥰

I lived there for four years . Nice and spacious townhomes. I had good neighbors Tammy in the residential office is Amazing !

Out with the OLD Clarimont Apartments and in with the NEW "Ravenwood Crossing Townhouses". I recently Posted a Birds Eye View of the New Development in Progress, looks promising as well as a Nice addition to the Community, potentially raising living standards for the area.

If I could give this company a zero rating I would. Out of all my years of renting this company is by far the worst, they do not care about the safety of their tenants at all. The only person that actually shows concern with this company is Terry which is maintenance. If you don’t experience any issues throughout your years of renting then they are fine but when you are in need of addressing concerns & issues you might as well go ahead & MOVE! None of your concerns will be addressed, they show absolutely no empathy when the people they chose to help run their company won’t do their job, & the list goes on. I wouldn’t suggest this company to anyone.
