My experience was great during walk thru. I had very minor concerns moving in like my stove went out but Mr. Kelly took care of that same day. The property is pretty cool and I feel safe with my children. The location is convenient and staff is nice.

The Ravenwood Apartments office staff is incredibly professional and friendly. The management team led by Robert Kelly is very knowledgeable and ensures to meet all your requests and needs while going over and beyond. Customer service is 100% impeccable. Highly recommend!

0 stars if i could but damn near everything is painted over even my cabinet hinges. Ive been in this apartment for a year and i wanted to leave day 4. Roaches are a problem. They are living inside my apartment despite numerous complaints. On site washers and dryers also went up in price so now i have to go to a laundry matt to get a cheaper wash. I 1000% can confirm the apartments are all falling apart. EVERYTHING and i mean EVERYTHING is painted over. MY APARTMENT DIDNT EVEN COME WITH A SMOKE ALARM. AC unit leaks. Had to get my entire balcony door replaced aswell. Keep in mind this is all within a year of me staying here. Dishwasher has broke multiple times. Im 70/30 on moving somewhere completetly different. NOT A PLACE FOR CHILDREN. Ann street looks like luxury compared to this
