Meagan at Ravello was absolutely wonderful! She greeted me with such positive energy, listened carefully, and made the entire experience smooth and welcoming. The service here stands out because of one person in particular — Britnee, the assistant property manager. Had issues in the past and she resolved all of them. She consistently goes above and beyond to make sure all of us are taken care of. No matter the issue, she is always responsive, proactive, and genuinely invested in finding solutions. She manages to make every resident feel heard and supported. It’s rare to find someone in property management who combines professionalism, kindness, and efficiency the way she does. Having Britnee has made living here a much better experience, and I really appreciate the effort she puts in every day.

I lived here for over 5 years in a 1 bedroom & happy to say I recently moved to a 2 bedroom. Karley, Jen & Nakome went above and beyond to accommodate us getting the Floorplan we wanted as it wasn't available when we hoped. The maintenance staff has always been quick and accommodating. Many reasons why we are pleased to still call this our home!

Nakome was fantastic! This community wasn't on our list to tour, and we randomly fell upon it while getting denied to tour at another nearby community. She welcomed us into the office with such kindness. I work in property management for a different company and Nakome exceeded our expectations. We loved the community and found a unit that met a lot of what me and my partner were looking for. The availability just wasn't there for us at this time, but definitely would have leased if there was a unit that met our move in time frame. Limited availability speaks wonders for an older community. This management company has really kept up with it and it shows in the cleanliness of the community.
