R.A.N.S. Property Management

I’ve been living in an apartment managed by RANS for ~4 years and I’ve always had great experiences with them. They make communication easy and are quick to respond. Whenever there’s an opening in my building, I try to convince my friends to move in — I’d really recommend them over almost all of the other management companies in Eug/Springfield area. Really hoping that I can rent with them again when it comes time to move into a larger space!

Hands down the best experience I've ever had with a landlord and management company. Denise and Ray are incredibly quick to respond and quick to action with any concern or maintenance issues! When / If I buy property I would use Rands in a heart beat. I feel incredibley cared for as a tenant! Thank you much!

They didn't prorate my rent when I moved out, but that's fine. I had to leave abruptly due to domestic violence. They were kind and fair, and I got most of my deposit back. Easy going landlord. I loved my old little house. Friendly and prompt to respond. Thank you so much!

Seem like nice people but I don't get the point of scheduling a tour with somebody before telling them someone else is about to get the place. Kind of feels inconsiderate to let someone out in the time and effort of going to a tour, filling out an application and getting documents together only to have it rented out by someone else in less than 24 hours.

I'm surprised Rans doesn't have a better rating. When we moved into our home over a year ago the house was pretty beat up, there where weeds growing, some water damage under the sink and the back yard was moss covered. I got the go ahead to do pretty much anything I wanted to to make the yard pretty (which made me ecstatic I love to garden) and it looks 100% better. They fixed the water damage upon moving in, new dishwasher and any time I've had any problems (we had an electrical problem at one point) they've been very quick to come out and fix. They also have people that come to clean the gutters and reminders to cover faucets ect when freezing. Honestly I hope we never have to move but if we do I would like to stay with Rans. I don't know why people are bitching about outdated pictures a
