Rangeview Villas

I do live here and maintenance repairs are terrible. I just recently had a leak under my sink from garbage disposal and instead of replacing or fixing the garbage disposal they just removed it completely. Now I don’t have a garbage disposal although I rented a unit with this amenity. I can’t sit on my outside area all summer because the wasp nest are terrible and they just spray and don’t remove the hive. I live ion the second floor and still have a balcony banister that is loose. They put a screw in and said it was fixed but it is still wobbly and unsafe. Property outside is not well maintained during winter months. People have fallen and been injured because they take their time salting and removing snow. During summer they do cut the grass but grass clippings are everywhere. Trash can b

I'm a bit confused by other reviews, but maybe they're old? My only complaint is it's hard to get a hold of anyone from the management company. Other than that, This place is absolutely GREAT. The landlord is nice and helpful, maintenance is prompt and kind, and the apartments are soooo spacious and clean. I also love the layout. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and you feel safe here. I do recommend Rangeview Villas if you're looking for a new place to call home..

I don’t live here but my child does. They are absolutely terrible at ground maintenance. Their parking lots sidewalks are NEVER shoveled or plowed in a timely manor. It’s irresponsible and dangerous how poorly they maintain grounds in winter.

Awful place to rent, I'm a current resident and have had no good experience here. First off right in the door you have to pay a carpet cleaning fee to have the carpets cleaned BEFORE you move into the apartment. Which at first I was kind of alright with, thinking "at least we know it won't be stained or smelly". Wrong. Occasionally if you have all of the windows closed you'll get a nice whiff of cigarettes which is great. Secondly apparently we were paying a little extra in rent for months, which normally I'd say "oh dummy me, my mistake" but the only reason we ever found out is because they charged us a late fee on rent, for turning it in at 6pm on the first of the month, and they said "we can just take the extra amount you've been paying off the top of your fee" like it's some kind of fa

Manager seems completely incompetent. We tried to view this apartment coming out of town and they were completely unwilling to work with us. We had to use time off to tour the apartment and then 18 hours before our scheduled time they cancel. I ask if we can still come to view some we took time off to see the apartment and was told no.
